By using the Max Insurance website or by choosing to submit personal information through either an insurance broker or directly to Max Insurance, you signify your consent to Max Insurance’s collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the following privacy principles.

By applying for insurance, continuing your business relationship with Max Insurance, or by providing Max Insurance with personal information, you provide your consent for the ongoing collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Insurance as described in these privacy principles. In most cases, your consent may be withdrawn with reasonable notice. If you choose to do so, we will explain the implications of withdrawing your consent.
Principle 4 - Limiting Collection
We will collect, use or disclose your personal information that is required to do business with you or as required by law.

If we enter talks about a merger, acquisition or asset sale with a third party, we may share personal information that is deemed necessary in order to satisfy the business needs of such transactions.

We will maintain your personal information in our possession and make reasonable efforts to ensure it is accurate, complete, and up to date based on the most recent information provided to Max Insurance.

At your request, where appropriate, we will make available information about our policies and procedures relating to the management of your personal information. You can contact our Privacy Officer with any requests to access to your personal information.

Upon your request, where appropriate, we will inform you of the existence, use and disclosure of your personal information which is in our possession and control. You have the right to request changes if required. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time following receipt of your written request.
